I think of the work I do as moral cartography—tracing the fault lines between our conscience and our actions, and drawing maps for those navigating moral injury, betrayal, burnout, and quiet acts of courage in their organizations. Through writing, speaking, and collective care circles, I guide conscientious leaders as they name their pain, reclaim their agency, live their values, and imagine ways forward rooted in their humanity. My work weaves together story-healing, moral courage, collective imagination, and spiritual ecology to help people stay human in systems that often aren't resourced to hold the full depth and breadth of our humanity.
